It's pretty simple actually. Your privates are your privates. Our privates are our privates. Don't mess with our privates and we wont mess with yours. Why are you reading this page anyway? Shouldn't you just call us and book a shoot , instead of worrying about privacy? Unless of course you are George Bush, then you don't believe in privacy. With Apex it works like this. If you tell us something we'll tell someone else. If you don't tell us something, we won't tell someone else. If you tell us something, but then tell us not to tell anyone, you may never really be sure we didn't tell anyone. So if you have a secret, don't tell us, unless it's not really a secret, then tell us.

If we shoot or edit something for you, it belongs to you. Unless, of course you don't pay us, then it belongs to us. If you don't pay us, we'll sue you, and we'll win. We're already 3-0 against deadbeat clients. In the meantime we'll sell your stuff to the highest bidder and use the money to buy beer while we say horrible things about you in PUBLIC.

One more thing. If you do something in public, it's not private. So, don't do anything private in public. And most of all keep your privates private and your publics public. Just so that's clear!
